Privacy Policy

Short version: we only collect what you share with us, we use it to build New World Cooling, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

When you submit the early access form, we collect the information you enter: name or handle, email address, details about your PC build, and any notes you share about temps or issues.

How we use it

• To contact you about early access or follow-up questions.
• To understand what kinds of systems and workloads we should optimize for.
• To generate anonymized stats (e.g. “most testers use high-TDP CPUs”).

Where it’s stored

The form is handled by our hosting provider (Netlify forms). We may export submissions into our own internal tools to keep track of testers and feedback.

Third-party tools

We may add simple analytics later to understand basic traffic patterns (page views, referrers, etc.). If we do, we’ll choose privacy-respecting tools and keep this page updated.

Your choices

• You can ask us to remove your submission from our records.
• You can request a copy of the data you’ve shared with us.

Updates

If this policy changes, we’ll update the effective date and summarize major changes here.
